Southland Industries, a large MEP contractor in the Houston area, seeks a detailing professional to create, coordinate, and manage shop drawings, BIM modeling, and MEP systems. The role collaborates across teams to improve project efficiency and accuracy.
You will lead detailing on smaller projects, coordinate with design and modeling groups to minimize rework, and drive the final trade coordination with the GC. Strong communication and CAD/BIM skills are required.
