Responsible for providing condition monitoring and vibration analysis services. Monitoring/Observing and diagnosing machine failure in a variety of industrial and production settings to prevent interruption in production.
Duties include:
vibration data collection and analysis; reporting vibration analysis findings and recommendations to customers; providing troubleshooting support, Root Cause Analysis/solving equipment problems; providing support in developing and maintaining vibration databases on different platforms; providing advanced vibration analysis working with internal rotating equipment and vibration SME’s. Position requires at least a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field, and 24 months of experience with vibration analysis and condition monitoring, as well as ISO Certification as Vibration Analyst.
Experience with other technologies such as Ultrasound, Thermography would be beneficial. 75% of travel nationwide to client sites. Salary is commensurate with background. Please send resume to I-CARE RELIABILITY INC., Attn.:
