What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and improve surface wellhead products and pressure control equipment.
• Support new product development from concept through design validation and commercialization.
• Create engineering drawings, models, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, operations, and field teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Support customer-specific engineering requirements and product enhancements.
• Participate in design reviews, testing, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards and engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Experience designing surface wellhead, pressure control, or related oilfield equipment.
• Strong proficiency with Solid Works, Creo, Inventor, or similar 3D CAD software.
• Understanding of API 6A and pressure-containing equipment preferred.
• Experience with product development, mechanical design, FEA, GD&T, engineering calculations, or testing is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Self-motivated engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
