Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an R & D Mechanical Engineer to investigate technical problems, develop practical solutions, and contribute to product or process improvements through focused, high-quality engineering work. This role is well suited for someone who works independently, applies careful technical judgment, and produces accurate, well-documented results in a structured environment.

ore Responsibilities ul> li>Design, test, and refine mechanical product or process concepts through hands-on research and engineering analysis.
li>Investigate technical issues, evaluate root causes, and recommend solutions based on data and documented findings. li>Plan and conduct mechanical testing, analyze results, and communicate conclusions and recommendations. li>Build, review, and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, test records, development notes, and engineering reports. li>Support product and process validation activities in accordance with established standards, procedures, and quality expectations. li>Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and operations partners to support development and implementation efforts.
li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen product performance, reliability, manufacturability, or quality. li>Maintain accurate engineering records and complete assigned work within established project timelines. /ul> equirements ul> li>Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex mechanical engineering issues independently. li>Careful, structured approach to testing, analysis, documentation, and engineering decision-making. li>Ability to maintain accuracy and quality while managing detailed technical work.
li>Clear written and verbal communication skills for specifications, findings, technical recommendations, and project updates. li>Ability to interpret technical data and use documented findings to support engineering decisions. li>Familiarity with mechanical design, testing, validation, and structured problem-solving methods. li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team. li>Comfort working in an environment with defined standards, procedures, and quality expectations.
/ul> ther Requirements ul> li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. li>Prior experience in research and development, product development, testing, or a related mechanical engineering function. li>Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, specifications, test records, and development reports. li>Familiarity with technical documentation, validation, and structured problem-solving methods. li>Ability to work on-site or travel as required by the position, if applicable.
