As a Construction Manager, they are responsible for Managing the Construction and pre‑commissioning of the site assigned. They represent Global E&C Solutions in front of the Customer, PMC and Partner organizations. The Construction Manager is responsible for:
Responsibilities:Managing safety, quality, schedule, and cost (implementation of HSE rules and permitting, promotion of safety, compliance with IMS; implementation of QAQC standards and resolution of site NCR; successful completion of construction within defined budgets and schedule).
Ensuring the quality of construction/installation works according to contract requirements, codes and Air Liquide standards; supporting the qualification of manufacturing workshops.
Managing the interfaces between disciplines at site as well as between partners and subcontractors; handling claims, disputes, changes and clarifications within timely manner.
