Risktec currently has a vacancy in our Houston, Texas office for a PHA Facilitator with experience in Risk Management and Process Safety across oil, gas, chemical and renewable energy sectors.

Job Description

We require a PHA Facilitator that has a working knowledge of OHSA PSM elements with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in some or all of the following:

  • Facilitating Process Hazard Analysis workshops such as HAZOP, What-if, LOPA and/or HAZID
  • MoC, PSSR, emergency planning and response, mechanical integrity, development of PSM standards and systems
  • HSSE management systems
  • Functional safety (in the process and/or other industries)
  • Project planning and management
  • Preparing/coordinating bids
  • Delivering training

The role could involve travel throughout North America and overseas to meet project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Working knowledge of OHSA PSM elements
  • Educated to a Degree level in Chemical Engineering; other disciplines will be considered.
  • A valid driver's license is required
