Method Engineer

As a Method Engineer, your mission is to develop and maintain standardized assembly methods, optimizing production lines, ensuring quality and regulatory adherence, and leveraging tools to support decision-making while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety. You will report to the Operations Manager.

You will:

• Develop and maintain standardized assembly methods, visual work instructions, PFMEA analyses, and line-balancing models to achieve flexible, low-throughput-time production lines.
• Configure new and existing lines for pumo assembly and service, specify tooling and equipment.
• Develop processes for accurate material tracking, damage control, and just-in-time replinishment.
• Identify automation or ergonomic enhancements to prevent line stoppages and injuries.
• Implement and monitor poka-yoke solutions, first-time-right processes, and ISO/OSHA requirements to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory adherence.

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in methods or process engineering.

• Prior experience working with large-scale industrial pumos or related equipment preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
• Experience with Power BI
• Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 140001, and ISO 450001 standards

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Greens Road office in Houston, TX.
