Structural Project Engineer

• Lead and refine structural analysis, design, and detailing tasks
• Solve project challenges using strong engineering judgment
• Organize information clearly and review junior staff’s work
• Tailor deliverables to project scope and contractor needs
• Coordinate with architects and engineers
• Take increased responsibility for day-to-day technical decisions
• Support and mentor junior team members through delegation and feedback
• Assist with project management activities
• Contribute to proposals
• Engage in client-facing opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience
• Proficiency in SAP
  2000, ETABS, RAM, Structure Point Software, and Revit
• Experience designing steel, concrete, and timber systems
• Ability to solve complex problems with confidence, balance priorities, and adapt designs effectively
• Strong communication and emerging leadership skills
• Commitment to mentoring junior staff and building professional presence

Demonstrates expertise in structural engineering with a focus on analysis, design, and detailing, while effectively mentoring junior staff and engaging in client-facing opportunities. Proficient in using industry-standard software for designing steel, concrete, and timber systems.
