Additional position responsibilities will include:

- Related local experience preferred.
Management of land/site development projects, including technical design, quality control, and project management.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (MS a plus)
- Must be bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
- Must have a professional license
- 8+ years relevant experience
- Experience managing civil/site development projects
- Having a US visa is a plus
