- Review and interpret project requirements, client briefs and code regulations (local building codes, ASME, NFPA, etc.) to ensure compliant designs.
- Support commissioning, site visits and construction administration responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals and providing field support as required.
- Mentor junior designers and technicians, providing guidance on technical methods, Revit best practices and quality control procedures.
- Engage in client meetings and design reviews, presenting technical proposals and design rationale to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain continuing professional development (CPD) records and stay current with industry trends, fire protection requirements and healthcare/education sector standards.

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Plumbing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing design experience, with proven work on healthcare and education projects preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and BIM workflows; strong capability with 2D CAD (AutoCAD) and common calculation tools.

- Experience performing hydraulic calculations, equipment selection and preparing construction documentation.
- Familiarity with healthcare plumbing requirements (medical gas, infection control considerations) and education facility standards.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-disciplinary projects and resolving design clashes within a BIM environment.
