Location: Houston, TX
Experience: 5+ years

Focus: Land Development / Civil Site Design
Job Description:- Lead civil engineering design for land development, commercial, residential, and public infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and review plans for grading, drainage, stormwater, detention, utilities, paving, and site development
. - Manage projects from initial concept and permitting through construction.
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, developers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Perform engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Review plans and provide QA/QC oversight.
- Mentor EITs and junior engineers.
- Assist with project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communication.
- Work with Houston-area jurisdictions and permitting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience.
- Texas PE license required.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
