Position: 2027 Graduate Rotational Program - Power US

Total Energies Power Graduate Program

Join Total Energies in the US as a Power Graduate and be a part of the energy transition adventure!

The Total Energies Power Graduate rotational program enables you, as a recent graduate in the early stages of your career, to continue to develop your skills while learning our business and identifying your preferred career path.

The program consists of three (3) year-long assignments. You will be assigned to different businesses, giving you exposure to different power assets (solar, wind, batteries, and gas turbines) and our fully-integrated power value chain (from generation to market). You will be based in one of our US offices (Berkeley, Boston, Austin, or Houston – depending on the assignment) and may be asked to relocate each rotation/year.

Interested? Don't wait! Final date to receive applications is October 18.

Each year-long rotation will allow you to hone your skills in different fields that are core to the development of our power projects in the US, such as development, engineering, construction, operations, maintenance, asset management, and project finance and modelling for our power assets, as well as power marketing and origination, and power market analysis. As you progress through your rotations, you will build a solid foundation to become future power energy leaders.

Throughout the 3-year development program, you are encouraged to explore assignment preferences and learn about Total Energies' projects and activities in the US. Your preferences are considered when assignments are finalized, along with the business' needs. You will develop your skills through training, on-the-job learning, and by receiving structured feedback and support from your supervisor and regular mentoring sessions with your Talent Developer.

You will enter the program together with others in the early stages of their careers, providing a community to connect with starting on your first day.

What's next?

If your application is shortlisted, you will be notified by mid-October. Interviews will take place late October through December and offers extended by December/January for a start date early July!
