The Advanced Process Control & Optimization Delivery Lead plays a critical role in delivering high-impact optimization solutions across complex industrial environments. This position combines technical leadership, customer engagement, and delivery excellence to ensure successful implementation of Advanced Process Control (APC) and optimization solutions.
You will collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to drive adoption of innovative technologies, including AI/ML-based optimization applications, while ensuring strong customer value realization and operational excellence.
As an Advanced Process Control & Optimization Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting sales teams in identifying, quantifying, and presenting complex process optimization opportunities to customers
- Developing high-quality technical proposals for process optimization across industries such as LNG, fertilizers, gas processing, refining, and olefins
- Leading delivery teams during project execution to ensure technical success and high-quality implementation of solutions
- Acting as a subject matter expert (SME), advising product teams on industry use cases, ideation, and feature development
- Collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and customers to drive adoption of AI/ML-based optimization solutions
- Staying current with emerging industry technologies and innovations, and sharing insights across engineering and services teams
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and technical development support to global subject matter experts
- Promoting a safe working environment and driving compliance with quality, safety, and EHS standards across all activities

Have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent discip
