  • Review customer contracts, RFP terms, and other commercial documents from a pricing and estimating perspective; identify provisions that may affect project scope, cost, schedule, risk, or execution assumptions; and coordinate with Sales, Legal, Structuring, Engineering, and EPC to ensure those impacts are reflected in the estimate and commercial approach.

  • Manage estimating activities and priorities across active opportunities to ensure estimating deliverables align with proposal schedules, customer requirements, and internal approval timelines.
  • Support complex, strategic, and non-standard opportunities through development of appropriate estimating approaches and cost models.
  • Analyze estimated versus actual project costs and incorporate lessons learned into future estimates, assumptions, and estimating methodologies.
  • Develop metrics and reporting to measure estimating workload, turnaround time, accuracy, and other key performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities to improve estimating automation, data quality, processes, and tools to support increased proposal volume and organizational scalability.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for estimating methodologies, cost assumptions, and estimating practices across the Pricing & Proposals organization.
