Distribution Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of distribution engineers supporting utility and critical infrastructure projects
• Plan, assign, and review distribution design work to meet scope, schedule, and quality targets
• Apply engineering standards, codes, and safety requirements to overhead and underground distribution systems
• Coordinate with project managers, planners, and field teams to integrate engineering deliverables
• Review and approve technical calculations, drawings, and construction packages
• Implement digital tools and workflows to improve efficiency and data quality
• Monitor project metrics and support resource planning and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements
• Support proposal development, level-of-effort estimates, and client presentations
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
