Senior Project Manager - Wastewater

Job Title - Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager

Territory: Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. Some regional travel may be required for client meetings, project sites and construction activities.

Hybrid split: 60% office, client or site-based and 40% remote,

Package: $125,000–$165,000 +Annual bonus of 5%–15%.

• Lead municipal and industrial water/wastewater projects from planning and design through construction and commissioning.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality and commercial performance.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams, contractors, clients and regulators.
• Oversee projects involving treatment plants, sewer networks, pipelines, pump stations, water supply and reuse.
• Support proposals, client presentations, business development and mentoring of junior staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or related Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant water or wastewater experience.
• Proven experience managing municipal or industrial water infrastructure projects.
• Experience with treatment plants, collection systems, pipelines, pumping stations, water reuse or capital improvement programmes.
• Strong project, client and stakeholder-management skills; a Texas PE license or eligibility to obtain one is strongly preferred.
