Bray International—a global leader in valves, actuators, and control products—is looking for motivated Engineering Interns to join our team. This is a hands‑on internship where you’ll work on real projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and gain valuable experience in a manufacturing environment.

You won’t be stuck observing from the sidelines—this role is about learning by doing and making a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day‑to‑day activities within our Global Technology Group
  • Help design, test, and improve products alongside experienced engineers
What We’re Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
  • Interest in manufacturing, product design, or engineering analysis
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges

  • Analyzing Bray products or competitor designs
  • Helping troubleshoot product or supplier issues
  • Researching new materials or engineering methods
  • Assisting with prototype builds and validation testing
  • Supporting product testing in the lab or on the manufacturing floor
Why You’ll Love This Internship
  • Full‑time, 40 hours per week
  • Real‑world engineering experience—not busywork
  • Mentorship from experienced engineers
  • Training and professional development opportunities
  • Exposure to multiple engineering teams and disciplines
  • Potential opportunity for a full‑time role after graduation
