The Civil/Structural Engineer l eads engineering teams and oversees project execution, focusing more on strategic planning, team development, and delivery of high-quality engineering solutions. May also be responsible for executing and optimizing engineering designs for high-impact, multidisciplinary projects while serving as a technical authority in civil/structural engineering. Independently performs assignments requiring the application of advanced and specialized design engineering techniques to assignments of substantial complexity and strategic importance.

Capable of exercising expert-level judgment in evaluating, selecting, and adapting engineering methodologies, procedures, and criteria.
