Civil Engineer, PE - Project Manager

Webuild is conducting a confidential search for a Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects across oil and gas, power, and civil/utility sectors in Houston, Texas. This is a senior-level, hands‑on leadership role overseeing the complete project lifecycle from conceptual design to construction support.

• Site design, underground utilities (roadways, pads, sewer systems, water infrastructure, storm drains, power), rough and final grading, hydraulic calculations, landscape/erosion plans.
• Develop project cost estimates and budgets, schedules, coordinate permitting, manage client relationships.
• Coordinate all project teams to ensure quality and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• PE licensure in Texas.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, proven leadership, strong written and verbal communication skills.
