Job Description

As a Wireless Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced wireless communication networks for enterprise and industrial environments. You will work closely with engineering teams, vendors, technology partners, and business stakeholders to develop end‑to‑end wireless strategies that align with business and operational objectives. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in private cellular networks, RAN engineering, RF planning, spectrum management, and multi‑vendor wireless ecosystems.

This role requires a combination of technical leadership, architectural vision, and hands‑on wireless networking expertise to drive innovative connectivity solutions across diverse use cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wireless architecture strategies covering Private 5G, CBRS, DAS, Wi‑Fi, IoT, and RAN environments.
  • Analyze customer and business requirements to design scalable wireless network solutions.
  • Lead RF planning, spectrum management, coverage analysis, and capacity planning initiatives.
  • Design enterprise wireless topologies and multi‑vendor network architectures.
  • Evaluate emerging wireless technologies and recommend integration strategies.
  • Collaborate with network engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Define security architectures and ensure compliance with telecommunications and industry standards.
  • Lead wireless network optimization programs to improve coverage, performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Develop implementation roadmaps for new wireless infrastructure projects.
  • Support automation initiatives and modern network management platforms.
  • Create technical documentation, design standards, integration plans, and architecture blueprints.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout design, deployment, testing, and operational handover stages.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise wireless network solutions.
  • Deep expertise in:
  • Private 5G Networks
  • CBRS (Citizens Broadband Radio Service)
  • Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
  • Radio Access Networks (RAN)
  • Enterprise Wi‑Fi Technologies
  • IoT Connectivity Solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of wireless communication protocols including:
  • LTE
  • 5G
  • IEEE 802.11 Standards
  • Strong RF engineering, spectrum management, and radio planning experience.
  • Experience with wireless network design and simulation tools.
  • Knowledge of enterprise networking concepts and architectures.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience managing multi‑vendor wireless environments.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership capabilities.
