We are seeking a Pipeline Integrity Engineer SME to provide technical support across all areas of pipeline systems. This role focuses on supporting customers’ pipeline integrity programs and ensuring the safe, compliant, and reliable operation of onshore and offshore assets worldwide.
The scope of work includes pipeline risk assessment, internal and external corrosion management, reviewing Inline Inspection (ILI) analyses, contributing to Pipeline Integrity Management Manual updates, and improving integration of integrity-related data.
Key Responsibilities Technical Support- Provide technical support for all onshore and offshore oil and gas pipelines, pump stations, compressor stations, above ground storage tanks, pressure vessels, and terminals.
- Support and enhance clients’ pipeline integrity programs through engineering analysis, risk identification/mitigation, and regulatory interpretation.
- Review and analyze Inline Inspection (ILI) reports and documentation.
- Contribute to updates and improvements of Pipeline Integrity Management Manuals.
- Identify and implement methods to better integrate integrity-related data.
- Support cost optimization by defining effective technical solutions aligned with client specifications.
- Interface with internal teams to determine project needs from a pipeline integrity perspective.
- Coordinate with integrity service providers for cost estimation of specialized scopes.
- Perform discipline-specific contract reviews prior to signature.
- Provide expert support for consulting and tender opportunities.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary point of contact for projects involving pipeline integrity services.
- Share client feedback with internal development teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and promote additional services to existing customers.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and implement digital pipeline integrity solutions.
- Provide expertise on workflows, implementation strategies, analytics, and data interpretation.
- Contribute to the advancement of integrity tools and methodologies.
- Master, PhD holder is preferred.
- 7+ years Industry experience
- Prior work experience as pipeline integrity engineer/specialist with pipeline operator
- Some experience with data science
- API, AAMP or other technical industry Certifications/Training
- Experience in In-Line-Inspection, Corrosion Prevention, Risk Analysis, and Data Management is preferred
