Overview

Events Assistant will handle promotional sales campaigns in a pop up platform at large scale events pertaining to professional sports, non profit cause, political organizations, and the arts. This will be a highly social role with lots of conversation and dialogue entailed on a daily basis. One can expect to be up and about all day.

• Promote campaign products and services at various venues daily
• Coordinate with vendors on logistics
• Support marketing efforts by promoting events
• Assist in managing event budgets and expenses
• Provide on-site support during events, including guest registration and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for future improvements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events
• Assist in the coordination of speakers, presenters, and entertainment for events
