We are seeking reliable and energetic Event Staff to assist with event preparation and execution on an immediate basis. This role supports logistics‑related events, client visits, and operational showcases in the Houston area. Ideal for candidates who can start right away and work flexible hours.

• Assist with event setup, staging, and breakdown
• Move, organize, and arrange event materials and equipment
• Greet guests and provide on‑site support as needed
• Ensure event areas remain clean, organized, and professional
• Follow instructions from event leads and supervisors
• Support logistics and coordination tasks during events
• Maintain safety standards during setup and breakdown

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move event materials as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends if required
• Team‑oriented with a positive attitude
• Previous event or labor experience is a plus but not required
