Shift: Day, (7:00 am - 6:00 pm - 8 hours shift)
Pay Range: $18 - $21/hr (on W2)
Responsibilities- Answer calls, research issues, work with other departments, and provide clear solutions.
- Act as an advocate by assisting members and providers with complaints, appeals, and appointment scheduling.
- Protect patient privacy by verifying caller identity and following HIPAA guidelines.
- Document all interactions accurately and escalating complex issues when needed
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1 year Customer service experience within managed care or insurance industry
