Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Processes all new and used vehicles for registration.

• Maintain and clean schedules.
• Answer customer questions and resolve problems or concerns.
• Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications.
• Post ACH deposit daily
• Assists with related special projects as required.
• Prepare and post all wholesales
• Call on past due titles
• Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area.
• Process all extended warranty and product cancellations.

Previous experience

• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Willingness to take initiative
• Quality writing and grammar skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily

• Professional appearance
• Ability to work independently
• Must have a valid TX Driver's License or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire.

• 8 hour shift

• Title Clerk: 1 year (Preferred)
• CDK (Preferred)
