Customer Service Rep
The returns lead is responsible for billing, locating parts, researching and problem solving for customer issues. Training and coaching all returns associates and assisting with escalation issues.
What you'll do- Daily upkeep of claims and dealer returns
- Corresponding with warehouse for restocking and handling credits back to Ford and GM dealerships
- Tracking damaged claims from inbound Ford and GM shipments
- Processing reimbursements from Ford and GM vendors
- Ford and GM claims processing
- Set up RMA’s
- Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Train and coach all returns associates
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior warehouse experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
- Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer experience is helpful
- Net Suite experience is a bonus
Standing, Walking, Reaching/Bending, Endurance, Balancing/Mobility, Manual Dexterity, Exposure to varying conditions, Repetitive Motion, Lifting to 50 lbs. consistently, safety equipment, loud noises: 8-hour work shift
