Job Function: Staff will be tasked with operating our Bag Check stations, handling credit card transactions, and securely storing fans bags/items that do not comply with Reliant Park's Clear Bag Policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Securely handle credit card transactions.
- Store bags in an organized & efficient manner.
- Interact with fans in a positive and respectful manner.
- Assist Club and Club staff in a professional manner on all Texans gamedays, LSSE Events, LOVB Volleyball Houston Events and duties within the Business operations offices.
- Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Operations Coordinator.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment.
- Exhibit a fun, friendly customer service-oriented attitude and professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to process credit card transactions using a portable credit card reader.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with fans and other employees.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction to complete personal goals and as a team member in order to accomplish department goals.
- Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
FLSA Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Reports to: Operations Coordinator
