About this position
Position Overview: We are looking for Entry-Level Event Assistants to help with the setup and coordination of community events. No prior experience is required. This is a full-time, in-person role working at pre-scheduled event locations.
Responsibilities- Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown
- Support team members during daily event operations
- Interact with attendees in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide general assistance and answer basic questions
- Help maintain a smooth and organized event environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
