Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Model Home Attendant to join our team in Houston, Texas. This individual will be responsible for welcoming potential home buyers, creating a warm, professional first impression, asking discovery questions and taking notes, and supporting the sales representatives with buyer insights. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly personality, customer service, hospitality, retail, or professional experience preferred, a polished, professional demeanor, and is dependable and punctual.

• $12/hour based on experience

• Flexible, part-time | 1–3 days per week (including weekends)
• Looking for Model Home Attendants in the Humble, Kingwood, Crosby and Atascocita area!

• Welcome and register prospective home buyers in model homes
• Create a warm, professional first impression for visitors
• Ask simple discovery questions and take clear, organized notes
• Share basic information about the home and community
• Maintain the appearance and presentation of the model home
• Support on-site sales representatives with buyer insights

• Friendly, people-oriented individuals who enjoy conversation
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or professional experience preferred
• Polished, professional demeanor
• Dependable and punctual
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to walk through homes and climb stairs
• Must be at least 18 years old
