Overview

BLUMOON SCENTS is a creative DIY studio offering hands-on fragrance experiences in candle, soap, body butter, and perfume-making. Our mission is to create unforgettable moments through scent, self-care, and community - one blend at a time.

The Party Host is responsible for hosting and leading BLUMOON’s Do-It-Yourself experiences both in-studio and at off-site events. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in leading groups, and the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests.

• Event Hosting: Lead guests through hands-on workshops, including candles, soaps, perfumes, and body butter.
• Event & Market Representation: Represent BLUMOON at community events, pop-ups, and markets.
• Operations Support: Assist with event setup, breakdown, and cleanup.

• Outgoing, energetic, and confident with exceptional communication skills (written + verbal).
• Loves engaging with people and thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Retail, sales, hospitality, or events experience is a plus.
• Strong public speaking and group-leading skills.
• Creative mindset with a love for fragrance, skincare, and self-care products.
• Punctual, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Open availability on evenings and weekends is required.
