As a Game Master, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring every guest has an amazing experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Explaining game rules and setting the stage for an unforgettable adventure.
• Monitoring games in progress, providing helpful clues when needed.
• Resetting and preparing escape rooms for the next group of players.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

We’re seeking individuals who:

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Enjoy working in a team environment and interacting with people of all ages.
• Are reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Have a passion for puzzles, games, or creative problem-solving (a plus, but not required!).
