Purposeof the Job
The Parking Attendant directs guests where to park in relation to events on the Shell Energy Stadium property and assists with credit card transactions or passes. The role also acts as a liaison between the facility and clients, ensuring all client requirements are met and facility rules, regulations and policies are adhered to. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and experienced in managing security personnel in a fast‑paced live event environment.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Pregame and Event Preparation
- Review event schedules, event overviews, VIP movements, and parking plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as needed.
- Game Day Operations
- Handle credit card and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with parking ingress and egress.
- Be customer friendly, self‑motivated, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with guests, clients, vendors, and other personnel.
- Monitor game day parking operations, including VIP and restricted access areas.
- Serve as a point of contact for parking issues, escalations, and real‑time problem solving.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in event operations or large‑scale operations is preferred.
- Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable form of transportation and communication.
