Our staff frequently goes the extra mile to ensure that our customers are taken care of. To be successful here, you must possess a passion for motorcycles and riding as well as excellent communication and people skills.

The Parts Specialist is an integral part of any motorcycle parts dealership, providing knowledgeable assistance to customers, managing inventory and stocking shelves, and helping maintain the department's financial objectives. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and an understanding of the motorcycle parts industry. They should be well organized, with strong selling and customer service skills, and an ability to troubleshoot challenging customer needs.

The ideal candidate should also be self‑motivated with great problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the role of motorcy‑el parts should possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent customer service experience. Technical knowledge of automotive repair parts is highly desired. The ability to manage inventory levels, analyze data, and understand the requirements of motorcycle parts in order to optimize inventory is essential. Candidate should also be familiar with various software applications related to the industry, including DMS Lightspeed.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must. The ideal candidate should be a strong problem solver and the ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day assistance to the Manager in the operation.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Receive and accurately record parts orders.
  • Ensure parts are stocked properly and inventory levels are consistently maintained.
  • Assist in the hiring, training, evaluating, and development of personnel within the parts department.
  • Create and maintain effective communication with vendors and customers.
  • Ensure adherence to manufacturer quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor and maintain service department productivity and objectives.
  • Manage all parts operations, including ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and selling parts.
  • Manage individual email database.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Required to pass a standard background screening.
  • Required to work Tuesday‑Saturday from 9‑6.
  • Highly motivated and optimistic individuals who want to make a good living while helping customers fulfill a dream.
  • Have great people skills that translate into high energy and enthusiasm while working with team members and customers.
