We are seeking a passionate, positive, detail-oriented individual to assist in leading a world-class fitness experience at Orange theory Fitness. The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure front‑of‑house operations run smoothly and to represent the Orange theory brand.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers (“intros”).
• Operating the front desk, answering phones, and assisting members.
• Giving studio tours.
• Collaborating with trainers to guide intros through their first Orange theory workout.
• Sold memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Handling members’ concerns professionally to reach resolution.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are clean and organized.
