Primary

Purpose:

Responsible for the efficient operation of a concession area and for the supervision of assigned Counter Workers. Records accurate inventories of goods and supplies and balances inventory usage compare to receipts. May perform duties of Counter Worker.

• Supervise assigned Counter Workers to efficiently operate a concession area.
• Track all inventory activity and balance usage value to receipts.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma preferred
• TABC certified

• 1-2 years prior food service experience preferred.
