• Develop, automate, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver timely, actionable insights for operational decision‑making.
• Perform variance, performance, trend, and forecasting analyses, including regressions, to support strategic and operational initiatives.
• Write and maintain DAX measures, SQL queries, and automated analytics solutions to support scalable reporting and analysis.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Digital and data teams to improve ETL processes, data quality, and overall data architecture.
• Support leadership with ad hoc analysis while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills
• 3+ years of proven experience
