Our client is a well-capitalized commercial lending platform actively expanding its presence in the Houston metro area. They are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Commercial Mortgage Loan Producer to originate, structure, and close commercial real estate loans. With competitive terms, aggressive pricing, and the ability to execute, this organization consistently gets deals done and has capital readily available to deploy.

This is an onsite, commission-based role offering substantial upside for the right individual.

• Originate and close commercial mortgage loans across a variety of asset classes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, brokers, and referral partners
• Structure loans to meet client needs while aligning with internal credit and underwriting guidelines
• Manage deals through the full lifecycle; from origination to closing
• Analyze borrower financials, property cash flows, and market fundamentals
• Actively source new business and expand the firm’s footprint in the Houston market as well as other markets

• Commercial mortgage loans up to approximately $50MM in size
• Strong execution capabilities supported by competitive terms, pricing, and conditions

• Proven track record of commercial loan origination and closing
• Strong understanding of commercial loan structuring and deal economics
• Self-motivated, hungry, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to source and manage a robust deal pipeline
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in commercial real estate lending preferred (bank, non-bank, debt fund, or private lender background welcome)
