Overview
An established global investment management firm is expanding its operations function in Ireland. As a result, they are now seeking a Senior Specialist – Investment Operations to support high-volume investor cashflow activity across multiple international funds and mandates. This is a hands-on leadership role within a collaborative operations team, offering strong exposure to cross-border stakeholders and process improvement initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
RoleResponsibilities
- Oversee daily investor cash movements including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and distributions
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, policies and regulatory standards
- Partner with fund accounting, mandate services and trade support teams to enable seamless processing
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to automation and optimisation projects
- Support senior leadership with workload planning and stakeholder communication
- Assist with change initiatives and system enhancements across the operations function
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within fund administration, transfer agency or investment operations
- Strong understanding of asset management processes and investor transaction flows
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and manage competing deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with confident stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail within high-volume environments
