This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Houston for a Personal Financial Representative. The role involves working closely with clients to identify their financial goals and providing customized financial and investment planning solutions. Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients with retirement planning, suggesting appropriate investment strategies, offering insurance products, and providing guidance on mutual funds. The representative will assist clients with financial decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to guide clients in achieving their long-term goals
• Knowledge and expertise in Insurance and Mutual Funds to offer tailored financial solutions
• Strong understanding of Finance concepts to make informed investment and savings recommendations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work on-site in Greater Houston and collaborate effectively within a professional team environment
• Holding applicable licenses and registrations (e.g., FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 or 65/66 preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience working in financial services or insurance
