Experienced Finance Manager – High-Volume Toyota Dealership (Houston Metro)

A high-volume Toyota dealership in the Houston Metro area is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the financing and insurance process, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases while offering additional products and services.
• Structure deals to ensure maximum profitability while adhering to lender and dealership guidelines.
• Present and explain financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products to customers.
• Work closely with lenders to obtain approvals and negotiate competitive financing terms.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations regarding financing and contracts.
• Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork and contracts while maintaining efficiency in processing deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth deal transitions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, lender programs, and compliance regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership.
• Proven success in a high-volume dealership environment, preferably with Toyota.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender guidelines, and compliance regulations

• Experience with dealer management systems (DMS) and finance software
  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Education and Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• AFIP certification is a plus.
