Loan Servicing Sr Analyst

About the Role:

As a CBRE Loan Servicing Sr. Analyst, you will manage the servicing of small to medium-sized portfolios of commercial mortgage loans. This job is part of the Loan Servicing function. They are responsible for the administrative aspects of a loan from the disbursement of funds to the final payment.

• Conduct analysis of escrow accounts in compliance with Lender requirements.
• Ensure timely payment of tax payments to various third-party vendors and taxing authorities for escrowed loans.
• Provide research and support to loan servicing team regarding tax related queries.
• Review Loan Closing Documents and setup to ensure escrow compliance with lender requirements.
• Work with various taxing authorities across the US to review and correct any tax related issues.
• Utilize CBRE systems to review escrow data and run reports.
• Assist in gathering documentation for audits and certifications.
• Uphold CBRE RISE values and demonstrate excellence in work quality.
• Adhere to standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Facilitate effective information exchange and mutual understanding within the team.
• Pay close attention to details and timelines.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
