Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Analyst with a focus on FP&A and accounting to support the US and Canada operations
. This position will work closely with regional leadership to provide financial analysis and decision‑making support to ensure the financial health of our facilities. The role involves a mix of forecasting, reporting, financial modeling
, and root cause analysis
, alongside monthly financial statement analysis
.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, at least 3 years of FP&A or accounting experience
, and the ability to drive business strategy from a financial perspective. This is a hybrid role with 2 flexible remote days per week
. Travel may be required once per quarter (domestic and international).

• Partner with operations leadership to assist in financial analysis and decision‑making
• Analyze financial statements, including revenue, margins, operating profit, capex, and balance sheet activities
• Support monthly close process, including flash reporting and root cause analysis
• Assist with forecasting, annual financial planning, and capital expenditure models
• Provide financial models for M&A, divestitures, and organic expansion
• Monitor inventory health and assist with cycle count processes
• Develop and maintain accounting controls for businesses in‑country
• Prepare ad‑hoc data analysis and reports as needed for senior management
• Travel to support operations in both the US and Canada

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of FP&A or accounting experience
• Experience with JDE (or similar accounting systems) and Business Intelligence tools
• Familiarity with Hyperion & Smartview (preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends from large data sets
