A global industrial leader is seeking a Fixed Asset Lead to own fixed asset governance and capital expenditure oversight across multiple countries. This is a high-visibility role partnering with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and Treasury teams worldwide.
What You'll Do- Oversee the full fixed asset lifecycle: acquisitions, capitalization, depreciation, transfers & disposals.
- Ensure global FA policy compliance and drive consistency across regions.
- Lead FA physical verification, tagging, and annual reconciliation.
- Manage the full Capital Appropriation Request (ARA) process.
- Provide monthly Cap Ex variance analysis & capital spending insights.
- Support internal/external audits and maintain ERP (Oracle/SAGE) FA integrity.
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
- 5+ years experience in Fixed Assets & Cap Ex governance
- Strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge
- Oracle FA/Projects & SAGE experience preferred
- Advanced Excel & strong analytical skills
- Experience working in global, multi-currency environments
