Asset Lead

A global industrial leader is seeking a Fixed Asset Lead to own fixed asset governance and capital expenditure oversight across multiple countries. This is a high-visibility role partnering with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and Treasury teams worldwide.

• Oversee the full fixed asset lifecycle: acquisitions, capitalization, depreciation, transfers & disposals.
• Ensure global FA policy compliance and drive consistency across regions.
• Lead FA physical verification, tagging, and annual reconciliation.
• Manage the full Capital Appropriation Request (ARA) process.
• Provide monthly Cap Ex variance analysis & capital spending insights.
• Support internal/external audits and maintain ERP (Oracle/SAGE) FA integrity.

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
• 5+ years experience in Fixed Assets & Cap Ex governance
• Strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge
• Oracle FA/Projects & SAGE experience preferred
• Advanced Excel & strong analytical skills
• Experience working in global, multi-currency environments
