Overview

We’re searching for a Senior Advisor of Finance Strategy & Operations, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll serve as a trusted execution partner to the Finance Executive Leadership Team, functioning as an advisor to the Sr. Vice President of Finance. This position plays a critical role in operationalizing Finance strategies, ensuring priorities move forward, decisions are tracked, risks are surfaced, and commitments are delivered on time.

Responsibilities
  • Partners directly with Finance executive leadership to drive execution of the Finance strategic plan, annual priorities, and key initiatives
  • Translates leadership direction into clear action plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Tracks progress on strategic initiatives, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and gaps
  • Leads and manages high-priority, cross-functional Finance projects on behalf of Finance leadership
  • Establishes and maintains project plans, governance structures, and communication rhythms
  • Coordinates across Finance teams and enterprise partners (IT, Operations, Quality, Marketing, HR, etc.) to ensure alignment and execution
  • Supports Finance leadership in identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, reporting, and workflows
  • Manages implementation of Finance technology initiatives and process improvements
  • Acts as a central point of coordination for Finance initiatives that involve multiple leaders or departments
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with senior leaders, directors, and key partners
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, healthcare administration, finance, business, or related field required
  • Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
  • 5 years of experience in project management, including 2 years in a strategic and/or complex operations environment, required
  • Experience in a healthcare or consulting organization preferred
