This role will be responsible for managing the commercial appraisal review process for Situs

AMC's institutional engagements within the bank & lending team. This position provides management to our valuation management division, which involves assisting in a wide range of activities, management of the appraisal review process and working closely with and assisting the team members. The role also involves reviewing and analyzing final appraisals, executive summaries, and cash flows, and managing the overall process with direct client interaction.

Vice Presidents will work closely with Senior Director’s in completing these processes.

• Efficiently manage the valuation review process, and assist the team of valuation professionals by providing guidance and quality control
• Supervise workflow to produce on time deliveries
• Help execute valuation reviews and client consulting engagements through implementation of organizational and technical skills
• Communication/coordinate with market participants, clients, and co-workers
• Review 3rd party appraisal reports
• Develop reviews, consulting reports and other deliverables
• Work directly with the clients
• Resolve non-compliant issues through verbal and written communication with client or other involved parties
• Work independently on projects and also collaborate ‘face to face’ as a team player
• Be an engagement/client lead and/or property type lead, day-to-day communication with clients
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

• Bachelor’s degree or above - preferred fields of study include Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of commercial appraisal experience, preferred
• Certified General Real Property Appraiser License is a required
• Experience with the hotel property type is a plus
• MAI designation is desirable or if you are a candidate for MAI designation
• Strong valuation expertise
• MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word, Argus

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$95,000.00 - $

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and Situs

AMC Senior Management approval. Situs
