Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting Manager

We’re partnering with a growing, well-established manufacturing company seeking a Controller to lead all financial operations and serve as a key business partner to leadership.

This is a hands-on role with broad ownership across accounting, cost accounting, inventory, treasury, and financial strategy.

• Oversee full-cycle accounting (GL, AP/AR, payroll coordination, fixed assets, revenue recognition)
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close; deliver accurate financial statements
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage manufacturing cost accounting, inventory (RM/WIP/FG), and product costing
• Oversee cash flow, banking relationships, tax coordination, and insurance
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes
• Supervise and mentor a Bookkeeper
• Support ISO 9001:2015 compliance initiatives

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5–10+ years progressive accounting experience
• Strong manufacturing and cost accounting background
• Experience in small/mid-sized, hands-on environments
• ERP and advanced Excel proficiency
