Treasury Manager

We are partnering with an energy services organization in West Houston seeking a hands-on Treasury Manager to lead day-to-day treasury operations in a complex, multinational environment.

This role reports directly to the CFO and offers high visibility to executive leadership and PE partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational treasury expertise, systems proficiency, and industry experience within oil & gas or a closely related sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash management and liquidity across global legal entities
• Develop and maintain daily cash reporting and short-term forecasting processes
• Manage ABL facility and borrowing base certificates
• Lead banking relationships and intercompany cash management
• Ensure treasury governance, compliance, and reporting accuracy
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in a currently manual environment
• Support weekly reporting to private equity stakeholders

Required Qualifications (Must-Have Experience)

• Proven treasury experience within Oil & Gas, drilling, fluids, or related energy sectors
• Experience operating in a multinational, multi-entity environment
• Hands-on experience with Oracle system and Hyperion and/or One Stream system required
• Experience managing ABL facilities and borrowing base reporting
• 7–10+ years of progressive treasury or finance experience
