Associate, Facultative Broking Support

What the day will look like
  • Support brokers on renewals, new business and mid‑term adjustments for facultative accounts.
  • Prepare and review slips, quote/market sheets, cover notes, checklists, endorsements, invoices and related documents.
  • Clean and analyze data and statistics to support placement and negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate placement and account information in broker systems.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance and credit control on billing, documentation and payments.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and reinsurers.
  • Ensure work is in line with regulatory, governance and internal compliance standards.
  • Contribute to process and service improvements and collaborate with colleagues across the regional and global facultative network.
Skills that lead to success
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
  • Experience in (re) insurance, broking, underwriting support or related financial services; facultative or treaty experience an advantage.
  • Understanding of reinsurance concepts and documentation (e.g. slips, cover notes, endorsements) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and data/Excel skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to liaise professionally with clients, reinsurers and internal teams.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused and committed to high service standards and compliance.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across functions and geographies.
