Finance Associate – Energy & Infrastructure

A well-capitalized energy infrastructure platform is hiring a Finance Associate to support the financing and execution of a large-scale energy project currently in development.

The role sits within a lean finance team and offers direct exposure to complex project financings, senior leadership, and external counter parties. This is a hands-on position for someone who wants to work at the project level and be involved across modeling, capital raising, and transaction execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining detailed financial and project finance models, including sensitivities and downside cases
• Supporting debt and equity financing processes with banks, investors, and other capital providers
• Preparing materials for lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders
• Analyzing key commercial inputs such as capex, construction timelines, and operating assumptions
• Coordinating with internal teams and external advisors throughout the financing process

Ideal background:

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking or corporate banking (energy, infrastructure, or project finance), or
• Finance, corporate development, or M&A experience at an energy or infrastructure company
• Strong financial modeling skills and comfort working with complex analyses
• Interest in large-scale energy and infrastructure projects
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
