Simply Home is seeking a seasoned Capital Markets Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will play a pivotal role in our continued success by helping to oversee the company s financial resources, managing liquidity, optimizing capital structure specific to the real estate industry, and executing strategic transactions in the capital markets. You will be a key advisor to senior leadership on financial matters and a vital contributor to the company s overall financial health and stability.

- Manage the company s debt portfolio, including loan agreements, credit lines, and other debt instruments.
- Analyze and manage financial risks associated with debt, including interest rate risk and credit risk.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the company’s capital structure and minimize borrowing costs.
- Monitor and forecast future debt needs, ensuring timely renewals or refinancing.
- Ensure compliance with all debt covenants and reporting requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with key lending institutions.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management on debt activities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including property management, accounting, and legal departments, to ensure alignment and execution of financing strategies.
- Expert in debt financing, loan structures, and risk management. Has extensive experience in evaluating financial risks and devising strategies to mitigate them, ensuring optimal loan structuring.
- Excellent at analysis and problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions that drive business success.
- Knowledgeable about real estate capital markets. In-depth understanding of market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory changes that impact the real estate sector.
- Strong communicator with good relationship-building skills. Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and industry stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and handling a diverse workload efficiently without supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial modeling software. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and various financial modeling tools, enabling accurate and efficient financial analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or related field required.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, FP&A, or related field required.
